Flora and I went to Arriba at the Renaissance Hotel for Winterlicious 2009. Lunch was $15 for an appetizer, entree, and dessert.
Appetizer: Steamed Mussels
- squishy, could be warmer
- good size portion: maybe only a few empty shells
- liked the bits of tomato, but after eating too much sauce, i found it to be a bit salty
extra: they gave bread, too
Overall a good dining experience. Favorite: Dessert!! :)

- the salmon was nice & hot in the centre!
- not a fan of olives & capers
- potatoes were good
- very sweet dessert w. caramel and strawberry sauce, but still delicious
- I loved the bananas and was very surprised when I tasted it - it didn't taste like regular bananas. It's very warm and sweet, coated with caramel, and perhaps something else that gave it the special texture...
Overall a good dining experience. Favorite: Dessert!! :)
