The first Michelin I tried in HK was 新斗記 - Cantonese cuisine, one star - and it was actually pretty good!

水蟹粥!! {water crab congee} I wanted to go to Macau again just to eat this, so happy to have found it here. Congee in Hong Kong is just incomparable to Toronto - fluffy, soft, non-starchy/gooey texture, hint of saltiness & crab taste.
