Tom Yum Kung Soup - $6
- small portion! (regular Chinese rice bowl size)
- ordered Medium spicy (out of 5 levels); quite spicy for me
- a bit thicker consistency than expected, strong tomato flavour

Green Curry in Coconut
- How cute is it in a coconut!  I liked scooping the coconut flesh to eat - soft jelly
- Ordered Medium spicy and it wasn't spicy
- Quite a bit of lime flavor, not as much coconut as I like (I really love strong coconut curries..)
- Chicken was tender

Khao Pad Thamada with Shrimp
- Shrimps are big and nicely cooked
- Fried rice with a bit of salty fish taste
- Fish sauce on the side is really spicy!

Moo Ping ~ Northern Thai sweet grilled pork on a skewer
- Not a fan of the sweet glaze
- Texture kind of tastes like chicken thigh

Celebratory dinner at Pai last week with B.  Another basement restaurant. The interior is like an unfinished basement/garage, with the grey cement flooring and school chairs. Quite interesting to see the contrast in Thai restaurant decor - casual underground theme vs the more upscale dark wood, golden elephants and jewel toned fabrics. Service was pretty nice and friendly.

Overall, food was ok but not great. I was a bit disappointed as it did not live up to its hype and I've had better green curry. By the same owners, I prefer Sukhothai's green curry and  Sabai Sabai's tapas dishes.
